Our highly skilled staff can assist you from start to finish.  We begin by recommending the proper powder for each application.  While we “paint the rainbow”, we want to be certain that the powder used fulfills all of your requirements.  We apply epoxies, polyesters, urethanes, and hybrids, to ensure parts are ultra-violet, chemical, or mar resistant, depending on the requirements of your parts.  We offer coatings in various thicknesses, as well as textures, flexibilities, glosses, and machinabilities. Our process will be tailor-made to meet all your powder coating specifications.  Microfinish also offers special masking and packaging requirements to our customers.

Our conveyor system includes a five-station parts washer to give the appropriate pretreatment to prepare your parts for powder coating.  This line has an environmental room surrounding our automated eight-gun spray booth to insure the powder is applied under optimum conditions, giving our customers consistently the highest quality coatings while reclaiming the powder which saves our natural resources and our customers money.  Automation also allows us to process large runs quickly and gives us quick response times to meet our customer’s delivery needs.

Our batch system, while semi-automated, allows us to customize the process for each individual part, allowing us to paint the most difficult of parts.  This line allows us to run your parts up to 24 foot long!
