E-Coating

Our 120,000 sq ft building houses multiple state-of-the-art plating lines.

The RoHS compliant nickel/chrome rack line is a high-speed plating line that has been described by some as “the best nickel/chrome plating line for automotive parts in the COUNTRY.”

The E-COAT process employs a lead-free black epoxy coating, which is applied over a zinc phosphate pretreatment. E-COAT can be used as an excellent corrosion-resistant coating by itself or as a primer for powder coat and other top coat applications.

Our new zinc plating line increases our capabilities to run larger parts and assemblies.

If an order consists of a hundred pieces or a hundred thousand pieces, each order is given the highest quality finish – delivered on time.

Microfinish offers pickup and delivery to our local customers with our trucks staffed by our full time drivers. Special arrangements can be made for truckload quantities outside the metropolitan area.
